im doing my b-tech 2nd yr in electronics and instrumentaion,i would like to know the courses offered for ms in usa and uk aswell..

Im doing my b-tech 2nd yr EIE.. i would like to know about courses offered for ms and the list of top universities for it in USA and UK ..and suggest me if it is better to do job after b-tech and then go for ms or first for ms and latter for a job?
