Im doing my electrical engineering..is there any scope of designing in the same field?like designing/construction of the motor,generator,etc

Is there any possibility of me getting a job related to designing or drawing being an electrical engineer?what course should i pursue to fulfil my goal?i need a job of doing some sort of sheet work or design work being an electrical engineer..please give your advices and suggestions..
