Im doing my Msc Applied Psychology in distance education. I really wanted to do pursue Phd ,is it possibly to do ? If so what are the steps?

I completed my BE in ECE and secured 90% but my life time passion was to do psychology, but unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to do my psyc degree in regular. There are people saying I couldn't pursue PhD at all. Desperately indeed of help.Pls do guide me with my career opportunities too
