    Hi sanjay
There are two types of candidate in maharashtra state category
    Type-A:(Maharashtra state candidate)
Eligibilty:candidate passing 10th and 12th from recognizd institute in maharashtraORCandidate is domiciled or born in maharashtra state
    Type - B:(Maharashtra domiciled candidate)
Eligibilty:who does not satisfy type-a and facther or mother of candidate isdomiciled in maharashtra
So if u r born in maharashtra or u have domicile certificate of maharashtra then u will be maharashtra candidate.
