Im going to B.Tech. CSE in lpu. What should I carry along with me on first day of my college. And how I should interact with the students.

Hello, You have to bring your all original documents for the verification and at the time of induction you will get the document from the university where you will find each and every detail that where and when the induction activities and your classes are going to be held. Hi Asif, On the first day, you are required to report and go through the process of verification of documents. For that, you are required to bring original documents. You are also required to bring the score of LPU NEST fees payment receipts and JEE results as well (if given). On the day, you will report, you will get induction schedule and a complementary kit. It is advisable to attend three days induction where you will get a chance to know the system in detail and will also chance to interact with the higher authorities. The interaction during induction will help you to make friends.

Dear Asif, There might be many things which you might want to take in your hostel so here is the list of things you should take : Required Documents at the time of reporting at LPU All the students are advised to bring the following documents (both the original and the copy) at the time of Reporting at the University Campus: 10th class certificate 12th class certificate Character/School Leaving/Transfer Document Entrance Test Rank/Score Card Three passport size photographs of the student Proof of Residence Aadhar Cards of the student and his/her parents A self-attested anti-ragging affidavit signed by both the student and his/her parents Income Affidavit Other than the important documents stated above you need not carry anything with yourself as you will be provided with all the stuff inside the university itself, or if you need any particular thing for your own personal use you can get them in the city. The university provides a B.Ed almirah, study table, chair, cooler or AC (as opted) in the hostel rooms. A student does not have to carry these while coming here. Items of daily need are available for purchase from stores like WH Smith and other general stores located within the university. Please do not bring these items as their use is prohibited in the university TV Toaster Mixer Juicer Refrigerator (only permitted in the apartments) Washing Machine Oven Immersion Rod Induction Plate (only permitted in the apartments) Electric Cooker Hope this helps Thank You.

You need to come with all the original documents as required for the verification purpose and the admission kit during your reporting at the campus. After that, a 3 day of induction programme is being followed. Freshmen Induction is a three day programme that introduces you to the life at the university, the academic procedures, as well as all the platforms and opportunities that will be made available to you during your time here! So, during induction, you will be able to interact with your classmates.

You should be having a pen or a copy. Just note down the points pondered by the faculty members and do the good interaction with the students on the very first day.
