Im in 12th grade now and my question is,is Architecture necessary to do Interior designing?

I am a student learning the Cambridge Syllabus in 12th Grade. I would like to know if Architecture is necessary for Interior Designing. Is Interior Designing a course with good scope? My 10th Grade results were 88%(aggregate in ICSE).

Anagha, neither architecture is necessary for interior design, nor interior design is the sole field for a career in creatives.
