Im in 12th grade starting right now. I want to do Ca in delhi where as im from andhra pradesh ! is it possible to do in different state ?

Yes it is possible...
With CA Institute you have to get yourself register. So, you can get yourself register at anywhere Delhi or Andhra Pradesh or any other place.
