LPU is an international university with top placements and world class infrastructure. There are 200+ courses in the university and every course has certain eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by a candidate to get admission. I suggest you to score good marks as in LPU you will get benefits in terms of scholarship after admission. Here, I want to update you for LPU Admission process. Due to current situation of COVID-19, LPU has relaxed the eligibility of various courses for admission to help students for their career with top scholarships. Dear Vishesh, To get admission in LPU, the percentage depends on programme you are choosing, e. g. if you are going for the B.A. Then you need only pass marks in 12th, if you are looking for B.Tech, then minimum of 60% marks required. If you have a minimum of 70% marks in 12tth, then you are eligible for all programmes offered by LPU including B.Tech (CSE)Hons. , etc. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields

Hi Vishesh, the eligibility for each programme is different. If you could specify the programme you are interested in, I will be able to give you a better answer. The eligibility for B Tech is 60 percent and LPU NEST is mandatory
The eligibility for BBA is 50 percent. There are some programs for which only pass percentage is required. Good Luck.

Hi Vishesh, Eligibility depends upon the course you are going to pursue. Being alumni of globally renowned Lovely Professional University, I always stay in touch with the News & happening activities of the University. In reply to your query, let me quote some phrases from updated announcements of LPU. Valid score card of LPU NEST 2021 exam is mandatory for taking admission in some of the courses in LPU, but for most of the courses students could take direct admission. For both the cases, performance in LPU NEST would be considered for scholarship purpose also. LPU NEST (Lovely Professional University National Eligibility & Entrance Tes

In order to get any admission in LPU you need to qualify the eligibility criteria which will depend on the domain that you are seeking admission. Along with that you also need to appear for LPU NEST exam which will again depend on the course that you are seeking admission. LPU NEST will also be helpful for scholarship in admission and would depend on the cut off scores. LPU has widened the horizon of the scholarship in order to provide and extend support to the deserving candidates. Scholarships are awarded to candidates based on their performance on any of the following categories:

Absolutely! Having a humanities background is no barrier to pursuing Fine Arts at Chandigarh University.

The programme welcomes students from all streams, including humanities, as long as they meet the minimum requirement of 50% marks in their 12th exams. Many humanities students find the programme a natural extension of their academic interests, as the curriculum often connects with cultural, historical, and social themes. For example, a student who studied history might bring unique perspectives into courses like painting or applied arts.

The university values creativity and passion over specific subjects studied in school.
