Hi Vishesh, the eligibility for each programme is different. If you could specify the programme you are interested in, I will be able to give you a better answer. The eligibility for B Tech is 60 percent and LPU NEST is mandatory The eligibility for BBA is 50 percent. There are some programs for which only pass percentage is required. Good Luck.

Hello there, as far as I know, eligibility varies from course to course as every course has its own specific eligibility requirement hence it depends on which course you're talking about. But still, For most of the courses, it is 60%, for others, it is 55% or 50% as well. The more you score, the more chances are there to get the maximum scholarships. Valid score card of LPU NEST 2021 exam is mandatory for taking admission in some of the courses in LPU, but for most of the courses students could take direct admission. For both the cases, performance in LPU NEST would be considered for scholarship purpose also. LPU NEST (Lovely Professional University National Eligibility & Entrance Test) is a National Level test conducted by LPU in Online Proctored mode this year. Means student can take up this exam online through any of the means Laptop / Desktop / Android Mobile phone. Every year almost 5 Lacs aspirants used to take up this Exam. For many purpose like Study Grant or Admission or Scholarship, more over capability index judgement. Students need to register themselves in the online portal of LPU. LPU NEST Examination is very transparent in nature. This is a National Level test & this is like competitive type of Exam. Ranking of the students is actually get published after every phase of Exam. Student could prepare themselves by downloading Syllabus, Question Paper Pattern, Previous Years question paper, sample question etc. As per my experience, if any student study well & keep focus on subjects, LPU NEST will not be tough to them. There is a provision of taking up practice Test as well before final LPU NEST Exam. Student will get Excellent Scholarship based on the performance. Dear Vishesh, To get admission in LPU, the percentage depends on programme you are choosing, e. g. if you are going for the B.A. Then you need only pass marks in 12th, if you are looking for B.Tech, then minimum of 60% marks required. If you have a minimum of 70% marks in 12tth, then you are eligible for all programmes offered by LPU including B.Tech (CSE)Hons. , etc. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package available for Engineering programme is 42 lacs. Per annum by 2020 pass-out batch. Lovely Professional University conducts National Entrance and Scholarship Test LPU NEST for aspirants. Students studying in 12th class can apply for LPU NEST. Since its inception in 2009, more than 50,000 students are appearing in this exam LPU NEST every year. LPU NEST will be conducted in online mode (pen and paper mode test is not allowed) as per schedule mentioned under the head of Important Dates for LPU NEST. This test will have twofold advantage as it will act as Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. Admission in LPU is done after qualifying LPU NEST Test.
