Im in final year of HM. I appeared for CAT this year. But, it did not go well. Is it fine to drop off and pursue certification in computers?

In the current scenario you have two options that can be considered
a- Start a job post your current degree
b- Join a correspondence/light course and side by side prepare for MBA entrance.
Also here I would like to mention the fact that don't rely only on CAT consider other national level entrances like NMAT, CMAT, IIFT etc. and try to hit them as well.
You can option for a computer course and in parallel try to prepare for exams. All the best :)
