im interested in nanotechnology. which branch should i take in BE to pursue my Carrier in nanotechnology in Engineering field?

As said by excel, nanotechnology is a specialized course and is not offered as a Btech option. however, lot of people I know have moved to nanotechnology after doing their Btech in chemcial engineering.
