im jaya,my bro completed bcom few years ago.he is working as accountant n he wanna do mba.is there any institute that provide part time mba

is doing mba in correspondence is valid to get a good job ? he is already 26 n cannot spend another 2 years in mba regular by leaving his job.he is also engaged n next yr getting married.so suggest me better way to improve his career life without affecting his family and job... please advice
