Im looking to change my career/have a second career in Psychology.

I am 30 and running a marketing firm. My education qualification: B.Sc. Nutrition and MBA. My question, is psychology an upcoming field? I see millennials are more open to/about mental health. What are the opportunities? What should I study? Popular Indian and overseas distance education courses.

There are plenty of opportunities. But, personally I would suggest you study from abroad at a reputed institution if possible. And get some work experience abroad as well. This gives you a very good base to start off in India.
