I have 3 years work ex now and decent academic scores in school & junior college. CGPA of 2.5/4 in degree college

For Australia, I suggest you arrange all your documents and get test scores latest by Feb/March end to be able to apply for MBA programs. Let me know in case you have any further queries! Happy to help!
