you may go for MBA finance and HR is good field for engineers if they do MBA after engineering

If as a fresher, you choose to do MBA, then you would never work as engineer. However, if you pursue after few years of working experience, MBA can be useful for higher posts. My suggestion is to do MBA in International Business after 3 years of work experience.
