Im not interested in programming much so is it right to opt computer science engineering or not?

In computer science, it's not only the programming you learn about. There are various subjects, still think of electronics and electrical -
If you are not interested in programming or coding, then it's okay. But, you can take computer Science and do MBA in other fields.
I also prefer to take Mechanical engineering and automobile industry, if you are interested in engineering only.
