Im soft ware tester aiming to full time MBA please suggest relevant streams and also after a gap of 3 yrs in career is it togh 2 get a job?

I am 31 yrs old with a work experience of 4 and half yrs in fields like tech support and software testing. Aiming to a full time MBA what r my options for streams. also because of kid theres been gap of 3years presently i am doing my PGDBM distance ebusiness.what r the prospects of me getting a job
