Hi anuj,you can do mba after completing your b tech.as for doing masters in bussiness you are to have a bachelors degree so b tech is a good choice to go for.

Study 12th well. Write IIT exams. This score will be valid for IIT as well as many other colleges. Do BTech. Do Job or MBA as you like.
