Dear Sunny,
BPP is conducted by Open Universities to ensure candidates are equivalently qualified on par with HSC candidates so that they can pursue graduation with ease.
But BPP is not equal to HSC and not treated equivalent to it.

Sir,
I have completed B.Com degree. Am I eligible for CAT exam with BPP? If yes, what will I fill in place of class 12th as I have not done it. I only have class 10th (79%) and B.Com (64%) documents.

BPP form IGNOU makes you eligible to apply for Undergraduate degree programmes of IGNOU.
