Im currently studying in pune @BE but im not satisfied.i want to move to govt amravati with a new start by wasting my this year.so is it possible and can i apply for it by next year and what will be the criteria for that.my dte composite score was 89.2114 and 10221 rank.plz help

Wasting one year is not a good idea in your career. Please complete one year & apply for transfer of college. Every college has pros & cons. Please concentrate on higher grades that only will help you in your college.

Sir,how much grade will i need for such transfer and i have heard that university to university transfer is not possible.and even though it is possible.we have to pay the whole fees of the college of four years in which we are currently studying.so plz help
