Importance of CCNA for GRE
Are cert. like CCNA helpful for getting admission in top universities like MIT, Stanford, etc. for MS along with good GRE total?

It would not help you in getting admission but would add value to your profile. Admission is mainly based on your percentage in UG, GRE score, LOR"s, SOP and community service(if applicable)
