"improvement of marks to be eligible for iit next year"

I am giving my cbse class 12th xam bt i think i will not get more dan 70% bcoz of my fault so i want to know dat is there any improvement of marks type xam in cbse so dat i can make myself eligible for iit next year? or can i give 12th xam again frm other board such as bihar board to improve my mark
