In 12th hsc I got 70 percentage overall and my pcm percentage is only 67,can I eligible for next year jee exam and this October nda exam?

    yes you are eligible for jee main, and for jee advance you must have 75 % overall. you can improve your % by 75 while preparing for jee.
    go for jee advance.all the best
