    If you have failed in one subject in your 12th examination, you may still be eligible to pursue a law degree in India. However, the eligibility criteria for admission to law courses may vary depending on the college or university. Generally, for pursuing a three-year LL.B. Course, you must have completed graduation in any stream from a recognised university. For a five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons) course, you must have completed your 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
