In 1999 batch of delhi university, i had passed 1st year & 2nd year but in final year i got ER in history. can i re appear for same.

Batch of 1999 from Delhi University (Correspondence) 1st Year - Passed 2nd Year - Passed 3rd Year - ER - History which could not be cleared at that time. So i want to know if there is any procedure to re appear for same subject, so that i could complete my graduation. kindly help me out !
