In 2018 I qualified JEE Mains & got 98.3% in 12th. In 2019 also I got 97 percentile as a dropper, can I apply in 2019?

JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs.     Yes, you can apply. SASTRA has two admission channels for Btech programs as under.
    Stream-1:- Under this board percentage+ JEE Main is considered. The minimum 12th marks are required under this stream is 90%+. Here 75% weightage is given to 12th marks.
    Stream-2:- Under this JEE Main score is not required. The admission is granted on the basis of 12th percentage
    The minimum 12th marks under this scheme is 95%+.
    Hence, you can apply under both streams.
