    Yes, definitely. In today's world, the girls have conquered all the frontiers including becoming the fighter pilots in the Indian Air Force. Doing engineering in the aeronautical branch is absolutely no issue for girls. You should study hard and you will find the placements at the end of your 4-year degree course. Best wishes to you.
