bro. if u r interested in money then u can join CS branch. CS branch is very good. because CS engineering salay is too good except another branch. and my thinking is money is first.
and most important think is that 95 % girls want there partner will be CS engineer. I am not joking. its an amazing fact.

No doubt, Computer Science and Engineering is the best and preferred branch among all due to its high salary package and wider career prospects.
Still if you are interested in other branches, you can go for it.

If you are looking for money CSE is the best option. If you have interest in maths,calculations and statistic then opt for ME or civil, and if u r interested in s/w, discrete structure,programming then go for CS.

Choose the stream based on your interest but if you're not sure then go for CSE. CSE is good as we are living in an era of IT where the demand of this branch is very high.it is suggested to choose the stream cautiously as it matters a lot in your placements and packages.here are some of the premier colleges are recommended for you.These not only provides good placement but also a platform top boost your skills :

Well, there can be many aspects to be considered while choosing a branch (stream) for B.Tech. You have to choose the stream as per your interest. No branch is less or more important, each of them has its own importance, it solely depends on you, in which stream you want to make your career. SEE there are enough jobs for every stream, what a company need is quality engineers, SO if you are dead serious for your better future and giving parallel dedication towards it, you will definitely going to succeed. Computer Science and Information Technology are one of the most evergreen professions and will continue to rise in the years to come. LPU is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Most definitely! Honestly speaking, the quality of education provided at any of the universities in India has been standardized by the autonomous body called University Grants Commission (UGC). It is just a matter of public opinion that sometimes condemns a university while over-hyping another. Actually I did MBA from Lovely Professional University but I have one friend who has done B.Tech Civil Engineering From LPU.He told me B. Tech in civil engineering course involves so much more than theoretical know-how. In addition to classroom lectures, students here learn via hands-on experiences which include site visits, lab sessions and so on. PPTs, animations and similar technological techniques are a regular part of classroom teaching too.
The course material provided here enables to practice civil engineering using up-to-date techniques, skills, and tools as a result of life-long learning ability to design and conduct experiment
