B.Tech and B.Sc both fields are good in their own way. It depends that in which field you are interested in. I would suggest you to go with B.Sc in perfusion technology, if you have interest in the equipment.
The Perfusionist is in charge of operating these machines with the heart-lung machine being the most commonly used one. The machine basically takes the blood and oxygenates it while the heart remains dormant during the surgery. -

B.Sc or BE, it's a debate that is waged every now & then when there are courses in both paths. Both appear to be equally exciting. It's actually treatment of the subject that decides B.Sc or BE. This, in turn, should decide employment opportunities. Unfortunately, in India, everything gets topsy-turvy! Employers are happy with B.Sc perhaps because salaries are a bit lower.
If your interest is acquiring a degree for employment then perhaps BSc would be best. Less years, less money, less taxing, etc.
