in BSC my course combination is chemistry(major)but in future i want to do civil engineering....can i do it?

hi friend.....you can do it......but then your bsc would be of no use.......and u have to start ur engg from 1st year............ie if u do engg in chemical u would be taken as lateral entry into 2nd year directly.....thanx and regards
