In campus interviews of MBA does it make any difference if we have a commerce, engineering or a B.A. In economics background?

I am assuming that the question refers to the campus recruitment interviews, so I would like to answer for the same. All the recruiters coming to campus to find the young and fresh talent which can be trained and nurtured to do specialised tasks for the organisation. Normally all the recruiters already have the job descriptions and required skill set matrices ready. They already inform the placement departments for their requirements. You will be evaluated during the interview on the following parameters. Communication Skills
o Fluency of Speech
o Grammatically Correct
o Capacity to Elaborate
o Clarity of Thought
Career Orientation, Aspirations & Goals
o Clarity of Goals
o Confidence
o Leadership & Initiative
General Awareness. So basically your last qualification won't effect your interview.
