In case I do diploma in computer engineering can get a job in USA?

Dear Swapnel, if you do a diploma in India & go to US on HIB visa of course you may work but generally it doesn't happen so in US as the companies in America hire or prefer the American degree holders with degree education rather than a Diploma. Also more important is the value of what have you lear

madam actually I want to do bachelor's and master's degree in computer science so I was asking that can I get a job in USA after doing diploma in computer engineering because I want to carry out earning and learning so can I do so with a diploma if not please suggest me somethings please?
