In ccs university Merut, i am not able to see Phd distance course,could you suggest me a path and fee structure?

Now i am working as network engineer in HCL infosystems ltd, and qualification is MBA in Information System(distance) from sikkim manipal university, Graduation from H.P university, Three Year diploma in Information Technology, CCNA certified from cisco, Please suggest me right choice.
