no if u get any seat among your choice u need 2 report to reporting centre and then pay initial fee.........then u may give option 1 or 2 ....then u can move 2 second round........... suppose if u don get any seat in 1st allotment thn u can directly move to 2nd allotment.......... its btr u dont gi
