In class 12 I take a mathematics and it's additional subject, but I didn't get a pass average. So if I take a B.Com ( hons).

You can take B.Com H with or without Maths. Many colleges don't mandate Maths for admissions. So it doesn't matter if you have average marks in Maths u need to pass entrance.
