In CuET UG 2025, There is an issue in uploading the signature

In CuET UG 2025, There is an issue in uploading the signature, if any size more than 50 kb it does not accept, however when you upload the signature with less than 50 kb it says file is empty, I could not find any customer care help link other than payment issues. Please let us know how to procee
