Silly mistakes are often made by students when they are in a haste to solve more & more questions. This happens more in the objective type tests. To get rid of this explain to yourself that is not essential to attempt all the questions. When you start with the exam, first quickly mark all the answer

try solving some papers in "no time-bound" mode. this generally happens when a person tries attempting more in less than sufficient time.
