If u want to be in engineering, then opt for mechanical .as it is an evergreen branch. civil nowadays is having a lot of scopes. i wont suggest ECE or ETC. also engineering opens up a lot of new gates for a better career in short time, while MBBS needs a lot of time and toil. good luck
