i'm in 12 now with math science stream. i want to make career in gaming or animation. as whom can a person work in gaming industry like game designer, programmer..........etc. what are their work.

Game Designer, Level Designer and Game Programmer are the main posts. Others are texture artist, modeller, sound artist, animator, character designer, etc. To become a Game Designer, you must get a good knowledge of 3D software as well as preproduction.
