In how many years can i complete my btech from mdu(for f scheme)? what if i m not able to complete it?

MDU se btech kitne saal tak complete kar saktey hai ? what is there funda ? is it sevens years or more then that (for f scheme). and what if i m not able to complete it what then which degree will i get?
