In ICET counselling, income certificate is mandatory or not?

In my mandalam, income certificate isn't given now and they are saying that one can show in your ration card only. Also, degree marks and memo are not available now but I have a provisional certificate. What should I do?

You will most definitely need an income certificate. If your family income is less than 2.5 LPA or 1 LPA (will be dependent on what category you are OC, BC, SC, etc)., or else you don't need to keep any kind of income certificate if family income is above 1-2.5 LPA.
