In ipu my rank is 5469 for llb (BA. llb) from outside Delhi can I get college?
Please help me tell me can I get college on the basis of this rank.

Yes, you can get a college on the basis of this rank be it Delhi or Non-Delhi but you have to wait for the 3rd cut-off round as well as spot counselling. Some of the colleges prefer management quota and direct admission, so visit colleges as earlier as you can.
