After a student passes from standard, 10 and standard 12, the vernacular terms that may be used for them are High School graduate and +2 graduate, respectively. Graduate here refers to one who has achieved an academic degree. However, the official terms are Secondary (School) graduate and Higher Secondary (Omitting School here) graduate or simply, H. S. graduate, because 'high school' is a vague term and may also refer to Plus 2 division. Hope this helps you. Be free to share any problem you have.
    Good luck.
