in many colleges i have seen that to get eligible for mba course u have 2 clear the cat exams.i am doing bcom.so shud i apply now fr cat?

Hi Harsh, Overtime the MBA program has become one of the most popular masters degrees. Though it only asks for minimum qualification as graduation irrespective of discipline yet its nature varies from one institute to another. As of now you cannot apply for CAT or any other entrance in case you are willing to start your MBA by mid 2012 but yes can go for MAT as exam is conducted 4 times a year. And there are good colleges in plenty offering MBA through MAT. Yes there are so many colleges where there is a requirement of CAT score. First of all you should target some good B-schools then check whether there is a requirement of CAT or whatever test they require for the admission, only then you may prepare for the entrance exam
