In MHT CET cap process of engineering which rank is considered for private non autonomous colleges home university rank or state merit rank?

HU Rank: It is your rank from the university within which you have given your CET exam. Example, Mumbai University/Pune University, etc. colleges that fall under a certain university will have around 70% seats reserved for students with the same HU like COEP will have 70% reservation for Pune students, 30% for other state students. While OHU (other than home university) means you want to pursue the course from other university region. In this case, you will claim your seat within 30% of total intake.
