In my 12 class I got 52% marks then I will take admission in B.Sc. CS 1st year iam pass but in 2nd year iam fail. Eligible for d. ed?

You should clear all the graduation years to further pursue your studies. So it is advised that you clear all the back papers if you want to pursue your studies further.
