In my final year bcom(distance)and agg percentage till now is 45% and mat score is 95 percentile.Is it possible to do mba from top college

I am in my final year bcom(distance mode) from mumbai university and my aggregate percentage till now is 45% and my mat score is 95 percentile and cmat score is 93 percentile.Is it possible for me to do mba from top colleges .Also i have a gap of 4 years in between my 10+2 and graduation. plz help.
