In my We School interview, I wasn't asked about MBA verticals or any technical question based on my graduation. Is it a negative sign?

The questions were more on personal grounds

Generally, this approach is used when they wish to asses you on personal grounds, therefore it is not a negative sign. Just the format chosen for the interview.
