in order to get admission in the colleges offering masters in journalism,is it necessary to have some job experience in the same field?

Hi Pallavi! You dont need any experience for studying Journalism. For Undergraduate courses you need the required percentage of marks in 10+2 and for PG you need graduation with the required percentage. There are many one year and two year PG Diploma courses available. One year course from Bhartiya

Hi Pallavi,
Well most of the Mass Comm colleges conduct an entrance examination for admissions which is followed by a GD/PI. So a job experience or internship in the same is given priority but is not the only priority as a lot would depend on the entrance and how you perform in the GD/PI.
