In Punjab state counselling, do we have to fill state and district of permanent address or correspondence address?

In Punjab state counselling, after filling permanent address and correspondence address, it asks for state and district/city. Do we have to fill state and district of permanent address or correspondence address? We have Permanent dress is of Haryana and correspondence address is of Punjab.

Yes, you have fill the state and district of permanent address in the application form.
